What does PCprotect?TM cover?
Any hardware malfunction or failure of your computer including; hardrives, motherboards, monitors/screens failure or blackouts, disk drives & drawers, keyboards, touch pads.

What if my computer is no longer covered by a manufacturers' warranty?
PCprotectTM was created specifically to cover computers that are no longer under the original manufacturer's warranty. So long as your computer is operating at time of PCprotectTM purchase, the hardware is covered, regardless of the computer's age.

How do I know if my computer is eligible for PCprotectTM coverage?
PCprotectTM covers any make, model or type of computer including desktops, laptops and netbooks....PC's and MACs.
(Microsoft 2000 and above, Mac OSX and above)

What's the process if I need to file a claim?
It's easy and fast! You call our Claims Center, any time or day of the year to report your problem. You will be contacted by a qualified repair specialist who will attempt to resolve your problem by phone. If this is not successful, an appointment will be scheduled for in-home repair for desktops or depot repair for laptops and netbooks.

What if my computer can't be repaired?
The repair technician will make every attempt to repair your computer. If repairs cannot be made, a comparable, like kind unit will be offered for replacement.

Are there any hidden or variable charges?
Absolutely not! You pay the low monthly or yearly charge. If a claim is made, a reasonable service fee of $75 is charged.

I own more than one computer. Can I cover additional units?
Yes. In fact each additional computer covered by PCprotectTM receives a discounted price. And you can cover any combination of units, up to 4.

How can I be sure that I am fully protected?
The PCprotectTM program is backed by an AM Best rated insurance company so you are assured that you will be fully covered and protected for the life of your contract.
